Parking options at Nordic Staff Mobility 2025 8-9 May

If you are travelling to Aarhus University and the Nordic Staff Mobility 2025 by car, please note that it can be difficult to find free parking spaces during weekdays on the Aarhus University campus.
As a guest of Nordic Staff Mobilty 2025, you can park for free between 7:00 on Thursday 8 May and 23:00 on Friday 9 May if you register your license plate number through the Park Care page.

Important: During the specified period, the parking permit is only valid for parking spaces covered by Aarhus University’s employee parking. The parking spaces are marked with black ParkZone signs with the heading “AU medarbejderparkering”.

Please note that the permit is consequently not valid for

the parking spaces by the Museum of Natural History and the Steno Museum in the University Park
parking on public roads in and around the University Park where municipal parking rules apply cf. signposting.
Regarding parking around the Nobelpark area: Guests who have been granted a guest parking permit by an Aarhus University are allowed to park in both green and white areas (the signs have a green and a white border, respectively). It is not permitted to park in the other parking areas which are assigned to the other tenants in the Nobel Park.
